League Championships (Leagues 2-6)
The Championships are events for Leagues 2 to 6, with a smaller cash prize aimed at players not in the top 0.1%, so anyone of any skill level can win money!
The current prize pool is $100 USD meaning $15 for first and $5 for second (per league)
Each league runs its own separate Championship using the same overall structure but with different numbers of seeds, to fit a ~2 hour time limit per league.
Format
The format is a slightly modified Ranked Leages Format:

All runners start in Seed 1.

After each seed, the slowest X% of runners for that seed are eliminated, where X is given in the table below. DNFs are also treated as the slowest finishes and are always at the bottom of the leaderboard, meaning that if you DNF you are eliminated.
- Note: If more people DNF then more would have been eliminated. The next round will have less eliminations to balance it out, again intending that the final seed will have 20% of the original number that started.

All runners who are not eliminated advance to the next seed.
The final seed should have roughly 20% of the original lobby remaining. In the final seed, placements are based solely on that seed’s result, and the top 2 finishers are crowned first and second, regardless of earlier performance.
Distribution of seeds and knockouts are as follows:

Anti-Smurfing
You will only be able to win prizes for the highest league you’ve played in (so deranking from league 2 to 5 means you can still only win prizes for league 2) and you will only be able to win a prize for each league ONCE. Winners will be promoted to the league above anyway too. We employ strict anti-smurfing when dealing with signups and handle things case by case. You will need to have played in ANY league once before competing and follow the same rules as ranked. Anyone caught smurfing will be banned with the option to appeal.
Seeds
These seeds will be ranked filter intended seeds. They are not designed to be always linear and there will be harder to play seeds, just like in playoffs. The only seeds that we wont have in are incompletable seeds or seeds where the ranked filter makes a mistake. These seeds will be seedchecked to the same standard, following the ranked seed filter. (eg trades wont always have 20 obby, but RP will always have food relatively close).
The seeds will specifically be easier for lower leagues, as we want everyone to be able to complete every seed (especially so we don’t have large amounts of DNFs)
