Registration Process

This page details the process of registering for the event, and how to play in a week.

Registration

The registration process is handled through Discord. Upon joining, get the ranked role in #roles-react, head to the #league-signups channel and use the /signup command.

After that, wait for the admins to verify your registration. Once verified, you will be given a role corresponding to your league, which will allow you to access the league-specific channels in the server. This does not mean you actually need to play, it’s just to say that you’re interested. Read the section below if you want to play.

Playing in a week

If you decide to play in a specific week, make sure your Minecraft Ranked account is linked to your Discord and do /reg in your league channel. If you’re planning on streaming the event, paste your Twitch channel as well. This will register you for the week. If you register and don’t play, you will be given 0 points and potentially relegated. If you need to unregister, you can use the /unreg command before the match starts. This will remove you from the seeding for that week. You must register to play!

(Note: /reg is only allowed a couple hours before the matches start to prevent people from registering and not playing.)

After registering, simply join the room with the provided code in your league channel at the scheduled time and speedrun the game.
